The Oxbo PremiumSort cleaning system delivers straight to tank quality grapes. It is designed to work seamlessly with the 6120 grape harvester. A 3 fan system removes the leaves after which the stems are removed. The whole grapes and juice fall through the sorting belt while petioles, jacks and leaf fragments are fed into an auger and evenly discarded into the vineyard. The perforations of the sorting belt coupled with a ratchet motion enables the PremiumSort system to work with a wide range of grape varieties. During field trails, PremiumSort demonstrated the ability to cope with higher tonnages in a diverse range of acute slope conditions.
