On the Frostguard R30 the outlet is situated above the machine and is for most vineyards, greenhouses, and high crops like raspberries. This model covers between 0,7 and 1 hectare. In some cases, it might be better that the outlet does not turn around but points constantly in one direction (especially in small greenhouses and small plastic tunnels).
Unlike the Frostbuster the Frostguard is a stationary machine and can therefore be fitted with a auto-start system. When the temperature drops below the preset value, the system starts the engine, ignites the burner and controles the temperature automatically. On the Frostguard the burner and fan is run by propane gas, butane or LPG cannot be used as it can freeze if temperatures drop to low. Another important advantage of the FrostGuard is that you can start with 1 or 2 machines and buy more during the following years. Therefore, no big initial investment is necessary.
