The Fischer BV2 with Twister W2 combination is currently the favoured vineyard and orchard mower in Europe and represents the latest in technology of mechanical weed control. One of its most distinctive attributes is the hydraulic deck-expansion technology used that makes this the most versatile mower for different row-widths. The Fischer BV2 with Twister W2 can be operated at speeds of four to six kilometers per hours. The TWISTER brushes are hydraulically powered and are individually liftable to adjust to an appropriate angle for cleaning up side terraces and small embankments. Three different brush cord grades are available for various applications, comprising 8mm heavy duty weeding twine with a KEVLAR core. With this system you can do three jobs with one tractor pass: mow and mulch the inter-row, gently clean up undervine and around posts and light row terracing and remove basal water-shoots.

The one-sided Fischer SL3 is perfect for younger plantations with low-hanging fruit. A great selling point is the hydraulic side-shift feature. The Fischer SL3 comes with a choice of swivel-arm or the Twister attachment with hydraulic fine-sensor technology. The hydraulic fine-sensor technology provides greater control and allows for the swivel-arm disc to mow around tree trunks without damaging them. The mower will provide a seamless cut from inter-row to undertree or vine.

Gentle around the vine - The GL4 and GL5 blade mowers are equipped with two swing arms, swinging out vertically and thus adjusting to any unevenness on the ground. Mechanical sensing of the stem with spring-load control and rubber armouring on the swing disks or two precision sensors with hydraulic precision control ensure clean mowing around the stem. The precision sensors can be adjusted to meet the most stringent requirements, thus allowing biological cultivation without the use of herbicides. An additional point-spraying unit on both sides allows high cutting and working speed. Optimised overview during working thanks to front-mounting of the unit.
